Specialty Cartoonist
Biography I draw in pen and ink or paints in oil and watercolor. I draw or paint landscapes, imaginary images, cartoons, dreams and portraits. I was born in Miami on October 31 1952. I have lived various cities in California and Florida. As a boy I drew cartoons and built model cars, among other things.
I went to a community college during the early 70’s. Also at that time I traveled in Europe and North America.
I became a draftsman and made technical drawings. I created maps plus illustrations of radios, buildings and trees. I make paintings and cartoons at night.
I have shown my art in about 15 shows, events, juried exhibitions, and invitationals. Lastly, I have also been part of art demonstration projects as well as having juried local art festivals.
Statement "If a gun was put to my head and I was told to choose one and one way only to create 2D art now, I would choose a simple contour line drawing telling a simple sublime story in one shot." | |
